Seriously? Seriously?
Lest I sound like someone from Grey's Anatomy, let me explain what I am talking about.

It is disturbing on so many counts, I don't know where to start. Although I can sort of figure the rationale behind it, one that bases itself on the premise that a rape victim wouldn't necessarily go to the police immediately after the incident, it is still probably one of the more unfair rulings by the judiciary I have seen. The article brings out quite well the pitfalls associated with the ruling, so I won't go into them. All in all, an interesting read, and one that would make you ask, "Seriously?"
